Uveitis-Glaucoma-Hyphema syndrome: Unusual cases associated with in-the-bag placement of intraocular lens

This video addresses an important but rare phenomenon which presents with Uveitis-Glaucoma-Hyphema (UGH) syndrome. Four cases are shown in which the UGH syndrome was generated by iridociliary trauma from a wrongly-positioned or mobile single-piece acrylic IOL. We already know that UGH syndrome is very likely to develop when a single-piece acrylic IOL is placed in the ciliary sulcus. This video however also demonstrates 3 examples of UGH syndrome where single-piece acrylic IOL is still inside the capsular bag. Has this ever happened to you?
