(8) Alport syndrome with lenticonus

Alport Syndrome case that because of its lens capsule features may show intraoperative surprises. Alport Syndrome is a genetic condition with collagen IV synthesis involvement. The cataract surgery was performed assisted by femtosecond laser (Catalys), implant of IOL multifocal toric lens and guided by ORA intraoperative aberrometer.
