Welcome to eurotimes.org an online service for ophthalmologists supported by the European Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Society (ESCRS).
Founded in 1991, the ESCRS is Europe's leading organisation for cataract and refractive surgeons and is at the forefront of developments in anterior segment surgery. The society currently has more than 4,000 members from over 90 different countries worldwide. The ESCRS offers a unique forum for discussion and learning which ensures that international expertise is shared by ophthalmologists all over Europe.
This website includes content from EuroTimes, the official news magazine of the ESCRS, and also links to our other online activities including Podcasts, Facebook and Twitter. As Chairman of the ESCRS Publications Committee, and also on behalf of my fellow Editors Jose Guell, Ioannis Pallikaris, Clive Peckar and Paul Rosen, I welcome the views and comments from ophthalmologists visiting the website as to how we can maintain and improve our online services.
Thank you for your support
Emanuel Rosen, ESCRS Publications Committee Chairman
