How to Apply

The 2023 SRA applications will be accepted until 5 March 2023, with the shortlisted submissions notified in late March and final submissions due by the end of May. Award recipients will be notified in July, with winners announced at the annual meeting in Vienna.

Who Can Apply

Please read the below information carefully:

ESCRS Members:
If you are an ESCRS member (with a minimum of 3 years membership, at time of application), and you have already conducted a systematic review in a published journal, you are required to upload a copy of your published systematic review in the online proposal form.

If you do not have a copy for a published systematic review, then you must engage with a Supervisor or Medical Librarian available in your institute/hospital/university. Your supervisor must complete the ‘Supervisor’s Appraisal of the SRA Proposal’ form online the ESCRS website. If we do not receive your Supervisor's Appraisal, your entry will NOT be evaluated.

ESCRS Non-Members and ESCRS Members with less than 3 year's membership:

1. If you are not a member of ESCRS, or have held an ESCRS membership for less than 3 years (at time of application), the SRA application shall require written support from an ESCRS Member who has at least 3 years of membership of the Society by completing the ‘Sponsor Support Form’ online the ESCRS website. Support of the ESCRS Member is mandatory.

2. If you have already conducted a systematic review in a published journal, please upload a copy of your published systematic review in the online proposal form.
