BOSS Podcast Episode 1 - Inclusivity in Focus

ESCRS is privileged to launch the brand-new BOSS Podcast series ‘Inclusivity in Focus’. In this new series we will cover topics such as ‘From Doubt to Domination; Overcoming Imposter Syndrome’; ‘Spotlight Success; Women on the Podium’ and ‘The Unseen Barriers (unconscious bias)’ to name just a few.

The series kicks off with an exciting start, “Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women Leading in Ophthalmology”.
