The Winter Meeting will take place on the popular 6Connex virtual events platform – familiar to all attendees of the 38th Congress of the ESCRS

The platform features an intuitive interface which is easy to use. The event can be accessed from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices

Sponsors are easier to find than ever. Delegates can now use the searchable Exhibitor Directory to find booths and sponsors’ content

 

An Engaging Booth Experience

Booth representatives can see a list of all delegates currently at your booth by clicking the number next to “This Location”. From here, booth reps can send a message or an invitation to video chat. A doorbell sound will notify reps of any new visitors who enter the booth

Delegates can chat with booth reps by clicking on the icon beside their names. Offline reps can be emailed directly with the mail button

Booth reps can video call delegates for a product demo or a sales chat. Video calls are one-to-one only and have a maximum length of 10 minutess

Booth reps can expand a text chat by inviting their colleagues or additional delegates to join in. Built-in translation allows reps to communicate across language barriers

The Watch List enables booth reps to keep track of important customers. Reps can download transcripts of their conversations with delegates

Gamification rewards delegate with points for their engagement across the platform. There is a daily prize for the delegate with the highest points at end of the day.

The persistent navigation bar is visible throughout the platform. It provides quick access to rooms and other popular features such as the virtual delegate bag (“Briefcase”)

The ESCRS Team and 6Connex Technical Support Team are available during the event to assist exhibitors and delegates with any queries to ensure a smooth experience



  

Stand out with Silver or Gold

Silver and Gold booths offer additional opportunities to attract and engage delegates. Both Sponsorship levels can add graphics to any surface of the booth structure, as well as inserting images of their representatives or products on the booth


Silver and Gold booths feature a Welcome Video that plays automatically when delegates enter the booth for the first time

Back-end access to the virtual platform will be provided to Silver and Gold sponsors two weeks before the Exhibition opens, granting additional freedom to make adjustments and ensure a perfect delivery

What are the benefits of exhibiting at a virtual Meeting?

The enhanced generation of sales leads is one of the primary advantages of the virtual format. Rather than scanning delegate badges or manually recording contact details, exhibitors will automatically receive a detailed lead for every delegate who clicks on their booth.

Following the first virtual conferences in 2020, many companies found that the primary disadvantage was the lack of face-to-face interaction with customers. This has now been addressed with the introduction of video call functionality to the platform.

How will you drive traffic to the Exhibition Hall?

Friday 19 has been designated as Industry Day. From 11:00, delegates will be encouraged to sign into the virtual platform for the first time to complete their profiles and visit the exhibition. With the scientific programme beginning at 16:45, delegates will have more time to peruse the exhibition.

Additionally, delegates will be encouraged to visit the Exhibition during the breaks and at lunchtime. Gamification will be used to reward delegates who visit the booths of companies participating in the points system.

When can we schedule dedicated eBlasts? Can they be targeted?

Dedicated eBlasts can be sent in the days preceding the Meeting, during the Meeting and afterwards. The number of eBlasts sent per day is limited. Sponsors may choose date for their eBlast subject to availability. eBlasts can be geo-targeted

Can we link to another website from the virtual booth?

In the interest of all participants, delegates should remain within the virtual environment as much as possible. External linking capabilities depend on sponsorship level:

Bronze

No links except a non-clickable URL for main company homepage

Silver

External link to company website allowed within pop-up iFrame. PDFs should not include clickable links

Gold

External links permitted in most forms. Booth may be hosted on an external website
