All exhibiting companies will be listed in the Final Congress Programme. This will contain the exhibitor’s company name, booth number, contact details and a MAXIMUM of 50 words on the company’s products and services.

Your company’s Product Listing must be emailed as a word document and contain the information listed below.

(1) Company Name
(2) Postal Address
(3) Telephone Number (please include country and area code)
(4) Fax number (please include country and area code)
(5) Email Contact Address
(6) Website address
(7) Name of contact person, if you want it published in the final programme
(8) 50 word listing

If the Product Listing submitted exceeds 50 words, it will be edited at the discretion of the ESCRS. Please do not use underlining.

You are requested to include the ™, ® and any other symbols, as relevant. In order to avoid being omitted from the product listing in the final programme, please email your company product listing with your booth reservation form to maria.crowley@escrs.org and michelle.reid@escrs.org by 28 September 2007.
