EXHIBITION SCHEDULE
The XXV Congress of the ESCRS will take place from Saturday 8 - Wednesday 12 September 2007. The Exhibition will also take place from Saturday 8 - Wednesday 12 September and the exhibition schedule is listed below.

Please note that there may be some changes to the schedule.

APPLICATIONS FOR EXHIBITION SPACE
Applications for exhibition space must be made on the enclosed Official Exhibition Reservation Form. This form must be accompanied by a 25% deposit and must be received by the ESCRS Office on or before Friday 22 December 2006. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the appropriate deposit.

Final booth space payment is due by 30 March 2007. Please note that your booth can be reallocated after this time unless payment is received in full. Please also note that all outstanding invoices must be settled in order for your booth reservation to be processed. The minimum amount of space that can be reserved is six metres, unless prior agreement is made with the Organisers.

ALLOCATION OF SPACE
Exhibition space will be assigned by 30 March 2007 and confirmation of booth locations will be posted after the allocations have been made. Booth locations will be assigned according to points accrued by exhibiting companies during 2006. Please note that requests for placement away from other exhibiting companies may limit booth positioning.

RATES
The rental of booth space will be ¤650 + VAT per square metre for space only. Shell schemes, furniture and fittings and other extras can
be hired at extra cost, details of which will be sent to you on receipt of full booth space payment.
Booth rental includes:

1. Space only
2. Company and Product Listing in the Final Programme
3. One Priority Point per e1000 spent on booth space rental
