ESCRS XXIV CONGRESS EVALUATION RESULTS
The main field of interest with the most enthusiasm from the delegates attending the ESCRS Congress in London was Cataract Surgery, this was followed by Refractive Surgery. Cornea and Glaucoma ran a close third, with Retina also being mentioned as an important area of interest to many delegates.

DISCUSSIONS WITH EXHIBITING COMPANIES

42% of delegates surveyed were able to have discussions with 5 to 10 exhibitors with another 22% having had discussions with
11 to 20. This is very positive and shows that the exhibitors at the ESCRS congress this year were able to make a significant
number of contacts. 91.1% of the delegates learned about a new product or technology as a result of their visit to the exhibition area.

Some of their comments:
"I learned about OCT Cornea and will definitely buy one for my hospital"

"Some things are here before they come to the US"
