FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below are a list of common questions that we receive regularly. Please check below to see if the information you need is available to help speed up any queries you may have.
Q) I submitted my membership form but haven't received my confirmation yet.
A) Members' applications are processed in monthly batches to coincide with printing of our monthly publications. Applications received before the 14th of the month will have a membership start date of the 1st day of the following month. If received after the 14th of the month the start date will be delayed for another month. This is to ensure members receive 12 publications every year. Membership packs are sent after your start date.
Q) I don't know how to access the JCRS online.
A) For full instructions please download instructions below. To access the JCRS online, you must first register a log-in name and password OF YOUR CHOICE on the Elsevier website (via the ESCRS website. If you have done this in the past and forgotten your details, you will not be allowed to re-register. In this case you must contact Elsevier support to retrieve your old details. You will also need your ESCRS membership number.

Q) I have not received the JCRS or EuroTimes for some time.
A) If you are a member, you may log onto the membership area. Click "Update your Details" where you may amend or change your address. If you are not a member, please contact membership@escrs.org to update your details.
Q) I receive EuroTimes regularly but not the JCRS
A) If your membership has lapsed you will no longer receive the JCRS. You may renew your membership online in the members area of the ESCRS site
Alternatively you may have chosen the membership type "Free trainee".
This membership option does not include the JCRS
Q) If I send my membership application in at the same time as my congress registration form, can I avail of the reduced registration fee for members?
A) Yes!
